SEAGULL (INTERMEDIATE)
Learners in this step are able to fly (communicate in English) but not very high. They can produce simple connected texts about topics which are familiar or have for them a personal interest. Learners can describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes and give a brief explanations to them. They can understand the main ideas of familiar texts.
Seagull: They are sociable, intelligent, patient, recursive and problem solvers; for instance, when they want to get a goal, they perform well to fly up or move on the land or beaches.
A special skill they have is to fly forming a V with other seagulls to cut the wind, as a result they can fly longer distances. It is called “collaborative work” because working together they become a weakness into strength.
